Stevia Powder – Extracted from Dried Stevia Leaves

Stevia powder is extracted from stevia leaves.

Process of Extraction:

Step 1: Rinse the stevia leaves in cold water and lay them flat on paper towels. Pat the moisture from leaves and let them sit out for a few minutes.

Step 2: Break off any stems.

Step 3: Grind the dried stevia leaves to powder using a spice grinder.

Step 4: Take out the dry powder.

Approximately 1 table spoon of grinded powder of stevia is equal to one Cup of Sugar. Further, one can add or reduce as per taste.

Note: When you add Stevia, it will give dark brown coffee color.
